Exceptional Customer Service! This team went above and beyond to deliver to us not one but two new vehicles in the same day! After shopping multiple Subaru dealerships in the Pittsburgh area for a specific trim level, Budd Baer had one which also happened to be my preferred color choice. Negotiation Day: After seeing a vehicle on their website that matched the specifics that I was looking for, I messaged the chat feature on their website with the deal terms that I wanted and was quickly greeted by Elizabeth Reed who was able to promptly get me what I asked for. Ten minutes prior to closing that day, Dylan McGinty (Subaru Sales Manager) followed up with me to get my thoughts on the offer. After a few minutes of negotiating, we came to an agreement on a car sight unseen as this dealership is a bit of a distance from where we live. Delivery Day: My wife and I arrived at the dealership in her Subaru with the intention that she would drop me off and head home. However, a new release of her current model caught our eye. After a quick yet thorough tour of the vehicle from Dylan highlighting the changes, my wife and I decided to have him run some numbers on it. Again, after some short negotiations, we agreed to purchase that vehicle as well! Next, we were turned over to Shawn Fink (Subaru Specialist) who couldn’t have been more polite and accommodating. After starting off by getting us some refreshments, we did some paperwork, followed up by getting my wife through some delivery procedures (including connecting our new vehicles to the MySubaru app) as I worked with Derrek in finance, finalizing the two deals. I appreciated the partial digital experience of the financing as it saved time. The facility itself was clean, aesthetically pleasing and conveniently located off of I79. All in all the experience was great! Friendly and engaging employees sets this team apart from the other 5 dealerships that I talked to which is no doubt a reflection from the top down! These folks have it figured out! ...oh yeah, they sell e-bikes too!

We're able to resolve my problems the same day. Parts department was helpful in getting parts they didn't have. I understand he drove and picked up parts and the car was done before closing on a Friday. I work close by and the were able to drop me off and pick me up.

I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime but this was my first purchase with Budd Baer because I live a good distance away. They were hands down the best experience I ever had buying a car. Every single person from the internet salesman, showroom salesman, sales manager, to the finance manager were the nicest people I've come across. Have had nothing but excellent experiences. From buying to the service department and beyond the Budd Bear Subaru team has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Recently had a dent repaired as well as an interior detail job on our 2023 Accent, and I feel like I have a brand new car again. I would recommend Budd Bear to anyone and everyone.

This is my 3rd subaru that I have purchased but due to distance this is my 1st experience with Budd Bauer. I will not go anywhere else if I should buy another down the road, the distance was well worth the drive. They were SO nice and accomadating,not pushy at all. My wife broke her back in a car accident a little over a week ago and our 2022 Outback burnt up so we were in the market for a new Outback. We’re from Ohio so I checked local first, Byers Subaru of Dublin, and Thomas at the dealership ended up making excuses multiple days in a row not to help me put a hold down on a vehicle. I contacted Budd Baer because I had purchased a vehicle from there before, and even though they are further away, they treat you like family. Shawn Fink is amazing and if you ever have a chance, work with him. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. They sent me a link to place a 500 hold on the vehicle I wanted and within 5 minutes of the phone call it was held. Went out to the dealership and within 3 hours I left with a brand new 2025 Outback Limited. Well done: keep up the great work!!
